Oskar Smolira – Massage Therapist
I’m a qualified Masseur Technician with over 15 years of experience in therapeutic and rehabilitative massage. I earned my diploma in 2008 after completing a two-year program at a Medical Vocational School in Poland—equivalent to the UK’s Level 4 Diploma in Massage Therapy. Since then, I’ve continued to deepen my knowledge and expand my skill set through a variety of advanced training courses.
My professional development includes qualifications in:
- Medical Massage (including soft tissue techniques),
- Sports Massage,
- Muscle Examination and Relaxation,
- Kinesio Taping,
- Acupuncture with Dry Needling,
- Hot Stone Therapy
In 2021, I graduated from Cornwall College and began studying at the European School of Osteopathy, where I am currently in my fourth year. My ongoing studies in osteopathy enrich my treatments with a deeper understanding of the body’s biomechanics and holistic health.
I specialise in Sports and Rehabilitative Massage, focusing on improving mobility, reducing muscle tension, preventing injury, and supporting recovery. My approach is highly individualised, combining evidence-based techniques with therapeutic and relaxing treatments tailored to each client’s needs—whether you’re an athlete, someone recovering from injury, or simply looking to improve your well-being.
My passion lies in helping others move better and feel better. I offer a professional, empathetic, and client-centred approach in a safe and supportive environment.
I am happy to offer Sports Massage and Hot Stone Massages at Faversham Osteopathy on Thursdays !
